North Okaloosa Medical Center Welcomes Thanh Tana Le, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC to Gateway Medical Clinic

CRESTVIEW, FL (Feb. 5) - Thanh Tana Le, MSN, APRN, CRNP, FNP-C, a certified family nurse practitioner has joined the team at Gateway Medical Clinic, a Department of North Okaloosa Medical Center, expanding access for those in the region seeking family medicine care.

Thanh Tana Le specializes in preventive healthcare and managing chronic health conditions for patients in each stage of life. She received her Bachelor of Science in biology from University of Minnesota in Twin Cities and earned her Master of Science in nursing from Yale University School of Nursing.

Le’s services include preventive care screenings, sports and annual wellness physicals (Medicare, adults, and children), work-related physicals and pre-employment screenings, treatment for chronic medical conditions (diabetes, high blood pressure, metabolic disorders), men’s healthcare, treatment for colds, flu, sore throats and other illnesses in both adults and children.
