Current Visitor Guidelines
General Visiting Hours: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
ICU/PCU Visiting Hours: 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
All visitors are asked to practice infection prevention.
- Wear a mask and/or face covering at all times while inside the facility.
- Sanitize hands when entering the hospital and when entering or exiting patient rooms.
- Cover coughs or sneezes with elbow or a tissue and dispose of used tissues in the trash.
- Sanitize hands after coughing or sneezing.
Visiting NOMC - Pardon Our Progress
Exciting things are happening at NOMC, and we ask that you please pardon our progress while renovations are underway. As work is done is different sections, you may find that previous pathways are not accessible, and certain areas of the hospital need to be accessed differently. Color-coded wayfinding signage has been placed throughout the facility, but if you need assistance, please don't hesitate to ask one of our friendly team members to escort you to your destination.
Visitors to our facility during October and November should please take note of the following:
Access to patients in the North Tower (Main Entrance):
Includes Labor & Delivery
Floor: 2North
Rooms: 204 – 233
Floor: 3North
Rooms: 308 – 325 & all Labor & Delivery Rooms
Access to patients in rooms 204 through 233 and 308 through 325 as well as all labor & delivery rooms will be via the main entrance, facing Redstone Avenue.
Visitors may take the elevators located adjacent to the info desk and business office up to reach floors 2 and 3 of the North Tower.
For your convenience, this short route will be color-coded ORANGE and marked “This way to 2N/3N/L&D” for easier wayfinding.
Parking in any of the parking lots fronting Redstone Avenue will allow the easiest access.
Access to patients in the South Tower (Admitting/Emergency Entrance):
Includes ICU/PCU
Floor: 2South
Rooms: 252 – 278, and all ICU/PCU Rooms
Access to patients in rooms 252 through 278 will be via the emergency room entrance.
Visitors will be routed through the hospital, along a pathway marked “This way to 2South/ICU/PCU” that will be color-coded BLUE for easier wayfinding.
This route will take visitors to the South Tower in which ICU/PCU is located on the 1st floor, and 2South (Rooms 252-278) is located on the second floor. The elevator is located adjacent to the exterior doors.
Parking near the ER entrance will allow the easiest access.
Access to Outpatient Registration:
Includes lab work and imaging
Access to on-site outpatient services like lab work and imaging will be via the emergency room entrance.
Registration is located directly in front of the ER entrance.
Parking near the ER entrance will allow the easiest access to on-site outpatient services.
